What does it mean?
It means that your computer
could not connect to the QuotePower-Web servers in the Connectivity
Test. Your computer is likely to be behind a firewall and it
is blocking access through certain ports.
QuotePower-Web uses
some particular ports to communicate with the servers. To correct
the problem, ask your systems administrator to open the ports 6665
and 6667, TCP and UDP protocols, both incoming and outgoing.
- The results of the
Connectivity Test shows a speed of connection
lower than the acceptable value. What does it mean?
It means that your connection
to the internet is not fast enough to enjoy a seamless data transfer
between your computer and our servers. Either your modem is not
fast enough or your ISP (Internet Service Provider) cannot provide
a good internet connection. Try a different ISP and see if they
can provide a better connection.
