To ensure you can use the streaming service, please run the following connectivity test between your computer and QPI's, our service provider, servers.

Before you start the test, please close all other Internet applications, for example ICQ, Real Player, etc, which create traffic on your Internet connection for accurate result.

To start the test, press the "Start" button below. You should see the results of the test within 30 seconds. The 3 connectivity tests will be conduct consecutively until a successful connection. The test result "Success" means you will be able to streaming service. If the overall connection indicate a "fail", please contact our Customer Service at 2111-7772.
